2. What we collect on this website
We operate no contact forms, no account registration, and no newsletter signup. There is no form on this website that transmits data to us, and we do not ask you to submit personal information through the site.
The only data collected through your use of the website is:
- Analytics data — described in section 3, and only where you have consented (or where your region does not require consent).
- Standard server logs — our hosting provider records ordinary web server logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, timestamp) as part of operating the site. These are used for security and availability, not for profiling.
Any information you send us by email, WhatsApp, or telephone is provided by you voluntarily and is handled under section 6.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and which countries they come from. This helps us decide what content to publish.
Google Analytics sets the following cookies when analytics storage is permitted:

How consent works on this site. We use Google's Consent Mode. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent banner and analytics storage is denied by default — no analytics cookies are set unless you click Accept. Visitors elsewhere are not shown a banner and analytics storage is granted by default.
Where analytics storage is denied, Google Analytics does not set the cookies above. Google may still receive a limited, cookieless signal containing your user agent, referrer, and a random per-page-load identifier, used for aggregate measurement and modelling. 4. Third-party services
The following third parties may receive data as a result of your visit:
- Google — Analytics (section 3) and, on our Contact page, a Google Map. The map is not loaded until you click to open it; if you do, Google receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
- Meta / WhatsApp — only if you click a WhatsApp link. You then leave our site and WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising purposes. We run no advertising or remarketing tags on this site.
5. International transfers
This website is operated from, and its servers are located in, mainland China. If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another region with data transfer restrictions, please be aware that the limited data described above — analytics data and server logs — is transferred to and processed outside your region, including in China and in Google's data centres.
6. Information you send us directly
If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or telephone to request a quotation or discuss an order, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, company, country, and contact details. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to administer any resulting business relationship, and we keep it for as long as that relationship requires or as long as the law requires us to.
7. How long we keep data
- Analytics data — retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, then deleted.
- Server logs — retained by our hosting provider for a short operational period.
- Consent choice — stored in your browser for 180 days, after which you will be asked again.
- Business correspondence — kept for the duration of the business relationship and any period required by applicable law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- ask us to correct data that is inaccurate;
- ask us to delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing;
- withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time;
- receive data you provided in a portable format.

9. Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
